Cancellation or changes of an order is allowable only within 24 hours of purchase. If you choose to cancel after 24 hours, only shipping charges will be returned. Cancellation does not apply to Custom Orders. 

 

Refunds and exchanges are available within 10 days of you receiving your jewelry. Please contact us first with your order number.
