Cancellation and Refund Policy
No cancellations are available. Changes of an order is allowable only within 24 hours of purchase with the exception of Priority. No changes are available for Priority or custom orders.
If there is an issue with your order, we will do what we can to find a reasonable resolution, however, we do not issue refunds as items are made to order based on size requested. Adjustments can be made if an error was made during customer selection in size. Customers may message for instructions.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Adjustments and Repairs
Adjustments can be avoided by measuring correctly before placing your order. For tips on how to measure properly, please visit the FAQs page.
It is important to be careful with your waist beads when taking clothing off and on. If your waist beads break at any time, I will be happy to repair them. I will only repair items made by BYB. Return all remaining beads, stones, and closures.
If an adjustment or repair is needed, you may send the waist beads back after accessing the Repair listing below and selecting the appropriate option under the drop down menu. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling.
All items are hand strewn and made to order so processing times may seem lengthy but its to assure items are made to meet Bless Your Belly's high quality standards. The 1-2 week processing range is to allow time for all orders to be attended to especially during busier moments. We appreciate your patience as your beads are being carefully created. If you do have a deadline for receiving any order from us, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know so we can ensure we ship it out in a timely manner. Priority upgraded shipping is also strongly recommended.
All domestic orders are shipped First Class with Tracking unless Priority shipping is requested. There’s also the option of shipping First Class with $50 insurance which is suggested in case there is ever an issue with your delivery. $50 insurance is also included with Priority packages. Once orders are in the possession of the postal service, the shop’s obligations have been met. It is strongly recommended that you purchase the shipping upgrade with insurance as the shop will not provide refunds on items lost durning shipment. If there is an issue with its delivery, please contact the post office before reaching out to us. Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
For International orders, buyer is 100% responsible for any customs / duty fees. This is in addition to prepaid shipping costs and is not related to this shop. They are fees assessed and charged by your country, like a tax on goods. Most countries will not assess a fee if the package value is under $50, but this is not guaranteed and sometimes does happen regardless of the value. Please understand that all International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by me. I will not mark packages as "gift" or lie about the package value as it is illegal. You may request Priority International shipping which insures the package in case of any loss during transit. This shop is not responsible for packages lost during transit to its destination nor has the ability to track packages once they leave the United States. Use your customs ID to contact your local postal service for status of the shipment. If the package duties are not paid and sent back to the United States, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Buyer is also responsible for knowing their country's restrictions on shipping and goods before purchasing from this shop. It is not the shop's responsibility to know buyer's country restrictions and will not refund money if product has shipped and cannot be processed and received.
